Définition de poste

The position is part of the ESG Rating Agency of the EthiFinance Group, which produces solicited and non-solicited ESG ratings of European companies and supplies Second Party Opinions for green, social and sustainability bond issuers. We serve customers across Europe.

The candidate will report directly to the Global Head of ESG Methodology and Products. 

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated member of our ESG Ratings business to drive our client success. The role of this new customer relationship manager will be to:

– Ensure the highest-level customer satisfaction through regular customer outreach, analysis of customer needs and timely responses to incoming requests from clients.
– Assist methodology and product managers in the development and promotion of our ESG ratings, data and assessment products.

Responsibilities:

Customer care and support:

  • Configure customer accounts and access rights based on their subscription agreement
  • Onboard new clients and help them to become familiar with EthiFinance ESG products and platform
  • Ensure the timely publication of data and ratings to clients and inform them of their availability
  • Ensure timeliness of responses to client requests (put in place process and deadlines to respect)
  • Produce and regularly update internal client relations guidebook (processes, FAQs and answers)
  • Collaborate with the Sales team on answers to RFPs and proposals
  • Help build and improve the team’s processes

Identify client needs and liaise with the Methodology and Products and Research teams:

  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement; report to the Global Head of Methodology & Products on specific KPIs
  • Produce regular summaries of client demands to ensure continuous improvement (of production quality, platforms, products…)
  • Provide content to the marketing and sales team for client presentations, events, etc.
  • Closely interact with colleagues throughout ESG Agency and support functions

Profile:

  • Entry level (Master’s degree) with a first client facing experience
  • Specialization in business administration, ESG, political science, finance, economics, environment or similar
  • Fluent in French and English in speaking and writing
  • German and/or Spanish in speaking and writing is a plus

Hardskills:

  • Knowledge of ESG / sustainability and the sustainable finance market
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and ease with digital tools

Softskills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work in autonomy, in a thorough and efficient way
  • Team spirit 

Job conditions:

Paris – Permanent contract – ASAP and possibility of partly working remotely
