A leading global brand and one of the most innovative companies in insurance industry is looking for its Climate Change Adaptation Speed-Boat Captain
With the objective to build a state-of-the-art Adaptation product and grow both reputation and revenue
Primary mission / Job purpose
The objective of the Climate Change Adaptation Speed-Boat is to grow the Speed-Boat from 0 to 5 M euros over the next three years. The Captain will have full P&L accountability, will be responsible for the Product Development, the Business Development (partnerships, …) and be responsible for the Speed-Boat animation.
Key accountabilities1. Grew Climate Change Adaptation revenue from 0 to 5 M euros over the next three years2. Position the Company as the recognized leader and market shaper in Climate Adaptation services: deployment within 20 Corporates in 3 years3. Build a state-of-the-art Adaptation product, leveraging external networks and partnerships: NPS Customer’s satisfaction > 40
Background & experience- 10/15 years of professional experience - Significant experience Adaptation services is mandatory
