As Budget and Logistics Manager, you will be in charge of the budget, purchasing and logistics management of the department (world-wide scope).

Your main duties and responsibilities :

Budget management:

  • Monitoring the budgets of the VM teams in France
  • Consolidation and budgetary monitoring of expenditure in subsidiaries
  • Follow-up of invoices, re-invoicing between countries
  • Interface with finance and accounting departments for budget monitoring
  • Control of quotes and invoices

Purchasing and logistics management:

  • Manage the research and development on new suppliers
  • Negotiate volume discounts, deadline, quality with suppliers
  • Find effective cost savings
  • Assist with the purchase policy implementation and certification process (financial and administrative certification, sample…)
  • Create and maintain a database of all references, suppliers, prices, deadline and budget sheets to extract useful information to build strong, reliable benchmarks for estimation costs of future projects
  • Produce constant reports for every construction project in order to keep track of all costs related to every material, supplier and contractor used


  • Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience within budget and logistics department
  • Management experience required
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
  • Fluent English mandatory
